Publications

The Yearbook Dance Research reflects the discussions around a specific topic that has been treated theoretically and practically in recent studies. It serves as a forum for publications in the field of dance studies, dance performance, dance pedagogy and dance therapy for early-career researchers as well as for internationally renowned scholars. The Yearbook sets standards and defines new directions; it aims at offering a platform for writers and orientation for readers.

Members of the gtf receive the Yearbook of Dance Research annually, in which relevant articles on the selected annual theme are published.

Our journals in Open Access

Open Access means that readers have unrestricted, free online access to the electronic versions of academic publications. Publishing in Open Access and the unrestricted access it provides greatly increases the potential reach of academic literature.

Open Access: Benefits for the academic community

  • Easy access for researchers and students, even without a VPN (no DRM)
  • Wider dissemination of content
  • No restrictions on the use and provision of Open Access publications in teaching (digital course materials, etc.)
  • Content benefits further research work without restriction and can be ‘activated’ for teaching (in-document discussions).
